Elizabeth (Liz) Pillora (Founder)
Hello! I’m Elizabeth! Thanks so much for stopping by!
I am Pregnancy & Post Natal Massage and Remedial Massage Therapist, Bowen Therapist, Aromatherapist & aromatic mist and essential oil blender. I’m also a proud wife and mum to beautiful toddler twin boys. My family inspires my work, and I’m dedicated to supporting others on their wellness journeys!
My passion for health and wellness began at a young age, always aspiring to make people feel better. School lunches were spent giving 5-minute shoulder massages to my peers, and now it’s my full-time career. My treatments are holistically in nature to bring balance back into your life physically, mentally and emotionally.
Becoming an aunty in 2015 was a pivotal moment in my life. Supporting my sister during her labor opened my eyes to the importance of caring for mothers, who often receive less attention than their babies. This experience solidified my commitment to helping women through their journeys, leading me to study Pregnancy & Post Natal Massage and Massage for Labour. As a highly-trained pregnancy massage therapist, I feel privileged to support women during this beautiful and transformative time.

When she was flicking through a TAFE handbook as a teenager and discovered that massage therapy was a legitimate job, Laura knew that it was the work she was born to do. She had spent her childhood setting up massage stalls in the lounge room and charging for her services (yes, there was a price list!). She has since been told that even as a baby, her Aunty remembers holding her and having her arm lovingly stroked.
Laura feels that she has a natural instinct for massage, and during her treatments she uses this to tune into the areas that need focus and help release tension and tightness. Laura LOVES scalp massage, which lead her to undertake extra study in Indian Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage. She believes that a good head, hand and foot massage can leave you feeling like you have had a whole body treated and these are the areas she likes to work on the most.
Laura's goal through Remedial Massage Therapy is to leave you feeling that your aches and pains have been addressed while also helping you to take a moment of bliss, to relax, rejuvenate and nourish your soul. She knows how much she looks forward to seeing her massage therapist and she feels honoured to have people feel the same way about seeing her.
