Natural Tranquility is a natural therapies clinic offering services including Bowen Therapy, Remedial Massage, Pregnancy & Post Natal Massage, Aromatherapy Massage
Natural Tranquility sells products online and instore including Cheeky Balm, Aromatic Mists & Essential Oil Blends, and soy candles

I / We / Us etc means Natural Tranquility and any subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, agents or assigns.
Treatment sessions
All treatments are appointment only, and therefore require booking via our online booking system (found on the website), or by emailing elizabeth@naturaltranquility.com.au or phone 0415 775 652.
Should treatment times require changing, a minimum of 24 hour’s notice is required or the following fees will be charged:
Within 12-24 hours of appointment: 50% charge
12 hours or failure to attend appointment without notice: 100% charge
No shows: No shows will be charged in full for their missed appointment.
Late arrivals: Late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment.
Please note that you will still be billed for the full time allotted.
Prices
Natural Tranquility reserves the right to change prices at any time and without notice. Where applicable, prices include Goods & Services Tax (GST). Prices of services, product and delivery displayed on this website are in AUD.
Shipping
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies or via local pick up in Sydney. We will endeavour to deliver your order within 14 working days, depending on your location and requirements. This allows ample time to pour candles, make your products, package and deliver your goods. Soy candles are made to order.
Returns & Damages
Natural Tranquility does not offer a refund or return on ‘change of mind’ purchases. We are only able to offer returns on items that are damaged or faulty. Our policy lasts 14 days. We take as much care as we possibly can to ensure your items are packaged securely and safely. In the event your item/s are damaged in transit, please contact Elizabeth within 2 days of receiving your goods along with images and refrain from using the product. To be eligible for a return, Natural Tranquility requires a receipt or proof of purchase. As well as this, your candle/product must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
Information Disclosure
Natural Tranquility reserves the right to disclose personal identifiable information as required by law.
Intellectual Property Rights
Natural Tranquility’s name, logo and material on www.naturaltranquility.com.au are the intellectual property of Natural Tranquility and are protected. You can view the content online or print a copy for your personal records, however, the material may not be amended, replicated or published other than as permitted by law unless you have written consent and approval from Natural Tranquility.

All the content contained on this website is copyright protected. The user is not permitted, (except as permitted by relevant copyright law), to use, modify, replicate or publish any of the content on this website.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Cancellation Policy
What is Natural Tranquility’s cancellation policy?
Your treatment time has been reserved for you. We understand unplanned issues may arise and you may need to cancel your appointment. If you cannot make your appointment please contact Elizabeth 24 hours in advance to cancel or re-schedule. If you do not cancel 24 hours in advanced the following fees will be charged:
Cancellation outside 24 hours of appointment: no charge
Cancellation within 12-24 hours of appointment: 30% charge
Cancellation 5-12 hours of appointment: 60% charge
Cancellations, re-scheduling, or failure to attend your appointment with 4 hours or less: 100% charge
Late arrivals: Late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment. Please note that you will still be billed for the full time allotted.
Pregnant Clients
No cancellation fee will be applied for emergencies. Cancellation fee will also be waived if you develop a condition within 24 hours of your treatment, and require written medical clearance to continue your treatment. In all other instances, the standard cancellation applies.
What are the methods of payment?
Treatment fees are claimable through most private health funds. Natural Tranquility provides HICAPS facilities for instant rebates. Please check with your provider for your individual rebate based on your level of cover.
