Designed to help combat ‘achy muscles’. This blend contains Roman Chamomile, Lavender, Eucalyptus & Nutmeg in Sweet Almond oil. As a Massage Therapist, I treat many people suffering with muscle tension and/or pain so this product was designed with them in mind. The essential oils in this blend contain analgesic and antispasmodic properties, so it is a good blend to use to assist with muscle fatigue, aches and pains.

How to use this product

Roll on to sore achy muscles as required. For External Use Only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid during pregnancy (up until 4th month); low blood pressure; taking pethidine. Caution: epileptics, diabetics. Store in a cool, dark place.

Review

I love my achy muscles oil blend! It smells lovely and helps sooth any areas that are a little stiff like my neck and shoulders. I have also used it on my temples to help calm my headache.
